Lip Seal Fig 1502 / 1002 / 602 – Hammer Union Seal for High-Pressure Flowline Systems

Lip Seal Fig 1502 / 1002 / 602 is a high-performance sealing element specifically designed for Hammer Union connections used in high-pressure flowline systems. The lip seal provides a reliable leak-tight seal between hammer union components, ensuring pressure integrity and safe operation in demanding oil & gas applications.

Designed for Figure 602, Figure 1002, and Figure 1502 Hammer Unions, these lip seals are widely used in drilling, cementing, fracturing, well servicing, pressure pumping, and high-pressure fluid transfer systems. Depending on the hammer union size and configuration, a lip seal or O-ring is used to provide effective sealing performance.

Manufactured from high-quality elastomer materials such as NBR (Buna-N), HNBR, or FKM (Viton®), the seals offer excellent resistance to pressure, abrasion, oil, chemicals, and temperature. For severe service applications, lip seals are also available with brass or stainless steel anti-extrusion backup rings to improve durability under high-pressure conditions.
